1. Who we are

2. Information we handle

Account and contact information includes your name, email address, phone number when supplied, account credentials, and saved addresses. Order information includes cart contents, products, quantities, shipping and billing details, order history, and payment or refund status. We also receive information you send in support messages and attachments.

Our hosting and security services process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request details, and security events. Cookies and similar storage support sign-in, your cart, preferences, and site security.

Payment information is handled through the payment service presented at checkout, which may include Stripe or PayPal depending on the available method. We receive transaction references, payment status, and information needed to process and support the order. Do not send payment card numbers or passwords by email.

3. How and why information is used

We use information to provide accounts and saved carts, verify email addresses, process payments and orders, arrange shipping, answer questions, handle order issues, and protect the store against fraud and misuse. Transactional messages include account verification, password recovery, and order-related communications.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, these activities may be necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as securing the store and resolving customer issues. Where consent is required for an optional activity, that consent must be obtained separately. Creating an account is not an opt-in to marketing or optional tracking.

4. Cookies and security services

The storefront uses cookies for authentication, cart continuity, and preferences. Blocking or deleting them can sign you out, affect your saved cart, or prevent parts of checkout from working. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the storefront. When Turnstile verification is enabled on a form, Cloudflare processes browser, device, and interaction signals to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Its privacy information explains this processing. Agreement to this policy does not replace consent required for non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

5. Who receives information

Information is shared as needed with service providers supporting hosting, security, payments, email delivery, customer support, and order fulfillment. Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners receive the details needed to deliver your order. Payment providers may also process information under their own privacy policies.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect customers, the business, and others from fraud or harm. The information needed depends on the service or purpose involved.

6. Retention and international processing

Retention depends on the reason information is held, including account administration, fulfilling orders, accounting and tax obligations, fraud prevention, and resolving disputes. Closing an account or requesting deletion may not require deletion of records that must be retained for legal reasons.

Orders ship from China, and our business and service providers may process information in the United States, China, and other countries. Privacy laws may differ from those in your location. You may contact us for information about the recipients and safeguards applicable to your information.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review account details and saved addresses while signed in. To request access, correction, deletion, or help exercising privacy rights, contact hello@countedhex.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting; do not send your password.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to receive a copy of your information, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Rights can be subject to lawful limitations.

8. Children

The store is intended for adult purchasers, not services directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
