1. About these terms

CountedHex is operated by JG Hardware LLC. These terms apply to use of our storefront and accounts, together with the product and checkout information applicable to an order. Contact hello@countedhex.com with questions. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Create an account or place an order only if you can legally enter into the transaction, or with appropriate authorization. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Do not impersonate others, access another customer's information, use stolen payment credentials, attempt to bypass security controls, or interfere with the store's operation. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.

3. Product information and compatibility

Review each product's included sizes, quantities, materials, intended use, compatibility notes, and exclusions before ordering. A fastener kit is not a complete printer or a guarantee that every part needed for a modification is included.

The listing and any kit revision recorded for your order describe its contents. Later changes to a public build list do not redefine an existing order. Contact us if the supplied contents do not match the listing you ordered from.

Select and use hardware appropriately for your application, follow relevant assembly instructions, and check the assembled result. Do not assume a kit is suitable for a safety-critical use unless its suitability has been established for that application.

4. Prices, payments, and orders

Check the displayed currency, item quantities, shipping option, taxes or other stated charges, and final order total before paying. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and are also subject to the payment provider's terms.

Contact us promptly to request an order correction or cancellation. If an item is unavailable or a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. These terms do not authorize us to charge a different total without your agreement or remove any refund rights for items we cannot supply.

5. Shipping and order issues

Orders currently ship from China to U.S. addresses only. Processing and transit are separate stages, and delivery estimates are not guarantees. U.S. shipments use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), with import duties and taxes included. Review the Shipping & delivery page and checkout information for details.

For missing, incorrect, damaged, or undelivered items, email hello@countedhex.com with the order number and a description of the issue. For packing issues, identify the affected size and quantity and include a photo of the packing list when available.

Our Return Policy explains the 30-day return window, cancellation conditions, return authorization, shipping responsibility, fees, and refund timing. Contact us before returning any items. Nothing here limits statutory cancellation, return, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

6. Brands and third-party materials

CountedHex is an independent supplier. References to third-party brands or projects identify the intended application of hardware; they do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Respect the intellectual property rights and applicable licenses for storefront content, third-party materials, designs, and documentation. External websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy information.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the storefront, create an account, order, or contact us. Creating an account does not, by itself, grant consent to optional marketing or tracking.

8. Availability and legal rights

The storefront may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Contact us when something is incorrect or prevents you from using your account or completing an order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable statutory consumer guarantees. Any product-specific commitments and mandatory legal protections continue to apply.

9. Changes and contact
