The COUNTEDHEX Fastener Kit Compatible with Voron 2.4 R2 brings the core build hardware into one organized, pre-counted kit, so you do not need to source dozens of screw sizes, nuts, inserts, shims, and T-nuts separately.

The kit contains 1,163 pieces and is packed around a Voron 2.4 R2-style fastener list, with additional quantities added to frequently used hardware such as M3×8 socket head cap screws, M3 heat-set inserts, and 2020 T-nuts.

Each specification is packed separately and labeled by size, head type, and quantity, making it easier to identify the correct hardware during assembly.

Designed for a Complete Build Hardware Setup

This kit is intended for builders who want the main fastener hardware prepared before starting a Voron 2.4 R2-style build.

It includes metric screws, nuts, washers, shims, heat-set inserts, and extrusion T-nuts used across the frame, motion system, printed assemblies, covers, and other common build areas.

The fastener list is the same for 250 mm, 300 mm, and 350 mm frame sizes.

Because these machines are frequently customized, always compare the kit contents with the BOM for your exact build revision and any modifications you plan to install.

Why COUNTEDHEX Packs Extra Hardware

A minimum BOM quantity is not always the same as a practical build quantity. Small screws can be dropped, heat-set inserts can be damaged during installation, printed parts may need to be replaced, and hardware can be reused during adjustments or maintenance.

For this reason, COUNTEDHEX includes additional quantities on several high-use items rather than packing only the minimum reference count.

Individually Packed & Labeled

Each line item is packed in its own bag instead of being mixed into a general hardware assortment. Socket head, button head, and flat head screws are also kept separate.

A typical bag label identifies the size, head style, and quantity, for example:

This makes it easier to find the correct fastener during assembly and reduces time spent sorting hardware before and during the build.

Important T-Nut Compatibility Note

The included spring-ball roll-in T-nuts fit most 2020 extrusion commonly used in community-built printer frames.

They may not roll into some tighter extrusion slots, including certain Misumi profiles. For tighter slots, use the included hammer-head T-nuts where appropriate, or install compatible T-nuts from the end of the extrusion before assembly.

Modified Builds

This kit is prepared around a standard Voron 2.4 R2-style fastener requirement. Modified configurations may require additional hardware or different fastener lengths.

If your build includes Tap, AWD, a custom toolhead, additional electronics, or other community modifications, check the BOM for those modifications before ordering.
